The California-born Suhani Thadani started playing cricket at age nine in Fremont, CA, and is a right-arm medium pacer and batter. She has represented MICA at cricket and enjoys playing on the USA team and creating lasting bonds with her teammates.

Suhani is motivated by her family and watching others do well. Representing the USA is a dream come through for her. It’s a dream she still feels is so unreal as she strives to make her family very proud.

Su, who made her international debut for the USA in the ICC Americas T20 Qualifiers in Mexico City in 2021, admires Pat Cummings, the Australian cricket captain. She credits the USA winning the Americas T20 Qualifier and taking a wicket on her first delivery and her parents seeing it live as her favorite cricket memories so far.
