Following the nomination process of designated voters for League and Club Director elections, USA Cricket has published the final list of voters nominated by their respective clubs and leagues. This step continues USA Cricket’s commitment to transparency and ensures all eligible organizations are accurately reflected prior to finalizing ballots.
The nominations published include the designated voting representatives submitted by eligible organizations. Members are encouraged to consult the published lists of Eligible Clubs and Eligible Leagues alongside the constitutional requirements for designated representatives. Ensuring these records are correct is essential to maintaining the integrity of the election.
Any individual, club, or league that wishes to challenge or update the eligibility/information during the peer review period must reference specific items from the published criteria and lists. To submit a query or correction, please send an email to membership@usacricket.org with the subject line: “July 2025 League & Club Voter Nominations – Peer Review Query by [YOUR NAME]”.
The email must include the following:
- Full Name
- Membership ID
- Contact Information
- Name of League
- Name of Club
- Details of the query or correction, citing the exact list entry or criteria in question and providing supporting information
All submissions must be received no later than: Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT.
The designated nominee must be an active individual member appearing on the auditor-approved individual member voter list.
Constitutional Requirements
According to the USA Cricket Constitution:

League Members: Each League Member must appoint a designated representative who is both an Individual Member and a member of the League at the time of appointment (Section 7.5(E)(iii)).

Club Members: Each Club Member must appoint a designated representative who is both an Individual Member and a member of the Club at the time of appointment (Section 7.5(D)(iii)).
The peer review window is now open. Following the conclusion of this period, finalized voter lists will be confirmed for the upcoming elections in line with USA Cricket’s published timelines.
