USA Cricket announced the opening of the nomination process for designated voting representatives for the League Director and Club Director elections.
All eligible leagues and clubs are required to nominate one individual to serve as their official voting representative. These representatives will be responsible for casting ballots in the upcoming elections.
To ensure transparency and compliance with the USA Cricket Constitution, it is essential that each eligible league and club submits their nomination by the stated deadline. Failure to do so may result in loss of voting eligibility.
Constitutional Requirements
According to the USA Cricket Constitution:

League Members: Each League Member must appoint a designated representative who is both an Individual Member and a member of the League at the time of appointment (Section 7.5(E)(iii)).

Club Members: Each Club Member must appoint a designated representative who is both an Individual Member and a member of the Club at the time of appointment (Section 7.5(D)(iii)).
All submissions must be received no later than: Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 2:59 AM ET).
This process is time-sensitive, and we appreciate your prompt attention to ensure your league and clubs are properly represented in the election.
All eligible clubs are requested to each out to your league admin to submit your nominations at earliest.
