USA Cricket announced the departure of Men’s National Team Head Coach Stuart Law today.
Law was appointed to the position in April and led the team during USA’s historic performance at this year’s T20 World Cup, where the team advanced to the Super 8 in its inaugural World Cup appearance.
“Given Stuart’s contribution to the program, this was not an easy decision to make,” said Johnathan Atkeison, CEO of USA Cricket. “Unfortunately, we felt that a change was necessary for the next phase of competitive preparation.”
Venu Pisike, Chair of USA Cricket added, “We thank Stuart for his contributions to USA Cricket during his tenure. We wish him nothing but success in his future endeavors.”
The Men’s National Team will next take the field against Nepal in a CWC League 2 matchup at 10:30am on Sunday, October 26th in Grand Prairie, Texas.
