Srini Salver, USA Cricket Men’s Player Director, said, This is a proud and historic moment for USA Cricket as our Men’s U19 players take part in the CWI Rising Stars Tournament for the first time. We are thrilled to see 28 of our most promising young athletes selected to represent the USA across two competitive teams. This tournament not only provides vital international exposure but also serves as a key stepping stone toward the ICC Americas Qualifiers in August, where we aim to showcase our growing strength in youth cricket.”

We are deeply grateful to Cricket West Indies for this incredible opportunity. I also like to express heartfelt appreciation to everyone involved in our pathway system from coaches and selectors to support staff, administrators, and the families and volunteers who support these players every step of the way. Their hard work and belief in the vision of USA Cricket are what make moments like this possible.

We wish our rising stars the very best in the tournament and look forward to watching them compete with pride and passion on the regional stage.”

The Rising Stars Championship is a key development platform for emerging talent in the region and offers USA’s next generation of cricketers a chance to showcase their skills in a competitive international setting.

USA Cricket would like to thank Cricket West Indies for the continued collaboration and opportunity to participate in this important tournament, which plays a vital role in the pathway to the future of USA Cricket and its representation in the country.
