After vote tabulation and results certification by ElectionBuddy (election provider) and audit by Herbein + Company, Inc. (external auditor), the Nomination & Governance Committee (NGC) declares Mr. Venu Pisike as the duly elected Individual Director resulting from the delayed 2022 USAC election for this position.
A total of 9,946 individual members were eligible to vote in the election, with 2,213 or approximately 22.13% casting their ballots. Mr. Pisike obtained 84.59% of the total votes casted for the three Candidates.
USAC would like to thank all of the members who participated in the voting; and ElectionBuddy and Herbein + Company, Inc. for conducting a very smoothly run election without any identifiable issues.
