Bio

Lisa Ramjit is an American-born top-order batter with a solid medium pace action that grabs your attention from the first delivery. She played cricket from age seven, honing her skills at the Bowie Boys & Girls Club in Maryland. Lisa caught the eyes of many in her 2019 debut at age 14 against Canada, capturing the USA's first T20 international wicket. It remains her favorite moment in the sport thus far. She feels it's a tremendous honor to represent her nation - the USA at cricket.

Along her still-evolving career path, Lisa has represented Bowie Boys & Girls Club, Future Stars School of Cricket, Maryland State XI, and the USA’s Under-19 and Senior Women’s XI internationally. She opines that cricket tests her limits and challenges her to grow while crediting her family as her motivation in the sport and her mom and dad as her most admired cricketers.

Despite her age, Lisa has already racked up some impressive stats at the domestic and international levels, including a 2021 USA vs. Sri Lank ICC ODI Qualifier practice match in Zimbabwe, top-scoring for the USA with 68 runs. She has played in eight T20 International matches for the USA and has captured seven wickets at an economy rate of 3.42 runs.
