- All three independent director positions are now being requested for varying term length on the USA Cricket Board
The newly convened Nominating and Governance Committee (NGC) of USA Cricket, wishes to announce a call for candidates to fill three vacant positions of Independent Directors on USAC’s Board of Directors. One position will be for a 1-year term; one position for a 2-year term; and one position for a 3-year term.
The Candidate selected for each of the above vacant positions, would be eligible to compete for a consecutive term of three years, contingent upon meeting all requirements enshrined in the Constitution. A minimum number of one of the three independent director positions must be filled by a female candidate, and female candidates are actively encouraged to apply or be put forward.
Any individual who wishes to be considered, or to be put forward by another person for consideration, is invited to submit their application by no later than November 21, 2022, 11:59 PM PST.
Eligible Candidates must be citizens or permanent residents of, and residing in the United States of America. The Nominating and Governance Committee comprises experts with a diverse range of backgrounds from both within and outside cricket and are universally recognized leaders who collectively bring together significant knowledge and independence to this critically important role as USA Cricket prioritizes completing the election process.
